WCT Buddy members who spend Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred (RM100.00) only and above in accumulated same day receipts at Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya, Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru and gateway@klia2 and who upload these receipts on the same day of purchase on the WCT Buddy App will be eligible to enjoy 20% discount when they purchase WCT Malls E-Vouchers on EasyStore from 15 November 2022 to 31 January 2023.

 

All shoppers must first download the WCT Buddy App on their mobile device and sign up as a WCT Buddy member. WCT E-Vouchers will be issued to the members via the WCT Buddy App after purchasing the same from EasyStore. 

 

The purchased WCT Malls E-Vouchers can be utilised at Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya, Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru and gateway@klia2 at over 350 participating merchants thereat except for merchants listed under the category “Digital & Gadget” in the WCT Buddy website at https://wctbuddy.com.my/.

1. This Voucher Bonanza Sales campaign (“Campaign”) will be held from 15 November 2022 to 31 January 2023. The Campaign is only open to WCT Buddy members (“Members” or “Buyers”). Only Members are allowed to purchase WCT Malls E-Vouchers (“Vouchers”) available for sale during the Campaign. If you are not yet a Member, please download the WCT Buddy mobile application and sign up as a Member.

 

2. Buyers are required to spend RM100.00 and above in accumulated same day receipts at Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya, Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru and gateway@klia2 (“Malls”) and upload these receipts on the same day of purchase on the WCT Buddy loyalty programme mobile application (“WCT Buddy App”) in order to be eligible to purchase the Vouchers at a 20% discount. For example, Buyers who are eligible to this discount shall pay RM1,600.00 only for purchasing RM2,000.00 total Vouchers value. 

 

3. Members who do not fulfil the criteria stated in clause 2 are ineligible to purchase the Vouchers. Accordingly, in the event such ineligible Buyer purchases the Vouchers, WCT shall refund the Buyer’s payment via EasyStore or bank transfer to the Buyer within ten (10) working days, less such administrative charges of 2% which shall be paid to WCT Malls E-Shop Sdn Bhd (“WCT”, “we” or “us”). 

 

4. Buyers are entitled to purchase a minimum of RM200.00 up to a maximum of RM2,000.00 total Vouchers value during the Campaign. In the event a Buyer pays a sum exceeding RM2,000.00 for the Vouchers, WCT will refund the excess payment by online banking to the Buyer within ten (10) working days, less such administrative charges of 2% which shall be paid to WCT. 

 

5. The denomination(s) of the Vouchers shall be determined by WCT at its sole and absolute discretion. For example, RM10, RM50, RM100, RM500 and etc.

 

6. The purchased Vouchers can be utilised at the Malls at over 350 participating merchants thereat (“Participating Merchants”) except for merchants listed under the “Digital & Gadget” category in the WCT Buddy website at https://wctbuddy.com.my/.

7. Payments for Vouchers can be made via EasyStore with any payment methods available and Buyers will be directed to EasyStore’s page for order and payment. 

 

8. Payments shall be verified by us within three (3) working days (Mondays to Fridays between 9:00a.m. to 6:00p.m., excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), after which confirmation of payment will be sent to the Buyers via their registered e-mail in the WCT Buddy account. 

 

9. All Vouchers are available while stocks last on a first come first served basis. 

 

10. There shall be no cancellation of the purchase of Vouchers, exchange of the Vouchers with cash or other items or change of the Vouchers denomination once payment has been received by us. 

 

11. There shall be no refund of payment whatsoever once the Vouchers appear in the Buyers’ WCT Buddy account unless the circumstances in Clause 12 hereinbelow arises.  

 

12. Buyers will not be entitled to earn WCT Buddy Points (“Points”) for successful purchases of the Vouchers.

 

13. All Vouchers shall have a validity period of four (4) months from the date of issuance thereof. There shall be no extension whatsoever to such validity period unless otherwise subsequently informed by WCT. 

 

Voucher Value and Additional Voucher Value

14. A Buyer shall only be entitled to receive Vouchers equivalent to the value of the Vouchers paid for by the Buyer (“Voucher Value”). In the event any additional voucher value beyond the Voucher Value (“Additional Voucher Value”) was erroneously entered into or mis-issued to the Buyer’s WCT Buddy account for any reason whatsoever, the Buyer shall NOT be entitled to such Additional Voucher Value, which is unpaid for. WCT shall therefore be entitled to pursue a repayment equivalent to such Additional Voucher Value from the Buyer, and the Buyer shall agree to: - 

 

(a) make full payment of the Additional Voucher Value to WCT by clicking the link to EasyStore’s designated payment link which will be made available to the Buyer via EasyStore within ten (10) days of WCT’s notification to the Buyer and thereafter show a valid proof of payment (bank transfer slip, payment receipt etc.) to WCT’s satisfaction, subject always to Clause 15 hereinbelow; or

 

(b) allow WCT to forthwith cancel and revoke the Additional Voucher Value from the Buyer’s WCT Buddy account upon WCT’s notification to the Buyer.

 

15. In the event of the Buyer failing to make payment for the Additional Voucher Value pursuant to Clause 14(a) within ten (10) days from WCT’s notification to the Buyer, WCT shall be entitled to impose interest at the rate of 3% per annum on a daily basis as from the expiry of the ten (10) days until actual payment thereof together with such late payment interest accruing thereon, without prejudice to such other rights and remedies available to WCT. 

 

16. In the event of the Buyer having utilised all or any part of the Additional Voucher Value at any Participating Merchant, WCT shall reserve absolute right to cancel such Additional Voucher Value utilised (in addition to cancelling and revoking the rest of any unutilised Additional Voucher Value and exercising such other rights and remedies available to WCT) and forthwith require the Buyer to make payment equivalent to the Additional Voucher Value utilised directly to the bank account belonging to WCT, to be provided to the Buyer. 

 

17. Buyers must comply with all other terms and conditions in respect of the Campaign as may be stipulated by WCT.

 

18. WCT reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions herein and in relation to the Campaign without prior notice.
