• The 2X WCT Buddy points redemption must be made at the Concierge Counter during mall operation hours during the Promotion Period only.
• Shoppers may present up to three (3) same day receipts as day of redemption with a cumulative minimum spend of RM250 at the Concierge Counter to be eligible to redeem the 2X WCT Buddy points. The receipt(s) used for redemption must be from sales transaction(s) made using a valid Maybank Credit or Charge card. 
• After verification by the Customer Service staff of the receipts presented at the Concierge Counter, shoppers are required to upload the said verified receipts onto the shoppers’ WCT Buddy mobile application (“App”) on the same day of purchase.
• Receipts from supermarkets, bill payments, prepaid reloads, currency exchange and temporary promotion booths are not accepted for purpose of this redemption.
• The 2X WCT Buddy points will be credited into the eligible customer’s WCT Buddy account within 14 working days.
• The 2X WCT Buddy points is available on a first come first served basis and is limited to a maximum cap of RM250,000.00 worth of receipt sums uploaded onto the WCT Buddy App for purpose of this redemption.
