Terms and Conditions:

 

• The 11X Points Boost promotion runs on 11 November 2023 and this promotion is applicable at any participating outlets at Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya, Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru and gateway@klia2.

 

• Each qualified WCT Buddy member is entitled to 11x Buddy Points rebate with any amount spend and the receipt must be upload within 24 hours from the date purchased via WCT Buddy App.

 

• Each Buddy member is entitled to a maximum of 10,000 Buddy Points throughout the promotion period, while rebate last.

 

• The uploaded receipt(s) must be from a sales transaction made using a valid payment method. Transaction payments with tenant discount vouchers, WCT Mall E-Vouchers and Physical Vouchers are not eligible for Buddy Points earning.

 

• Receipts from bill payments, prepaid reloads, currency exchange, and temporary promotion booths are not accepted for this promotion.

 

• In the event, where the Buddy Points Rewards exceed the maximum cap per member, the Management will only award Buddy Points of up to only 10,000 Points per WCT Buddy member.

 

• Member will be notified via push notification in the WCT Buddy App when the 11X Points has been credited to their WCT Buddy account.

 

• This promotion is only open to valid WCT Buddy members whose membership is valid/ not suspended/ not terminated by the Management.

 

• The 11x Buddy Points will be credited into the WCT Buddy member’s account within a maximum of seven (7) business days from the date of the approved receipt.

 

• The Management reserves the right to disqualify and/ or reject any transaction in its absolute discretion without having to provide any reason.

 

• The Management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
