“Spread the Ong!” to your loved ones this Chinese New Year by sending WCT Malls E-Vouchers to them via the WCT Buddy mobile application. Earn a RM10 WCT Malls E-Voucher reward when you send the WCT Malls E-Voucher to five (5) different friends and family members who must also be WCT Buddy members.

 

Campaign Mechanism:

 

WCT Buddy members are required to purchase a minimum of RM100 WCT Malls E-Vouchers with denominations of RM10, RM50, RM100 or RM500 on the WCT Buddy mobile application from 12 January 2024 until 25 February 2024 (“Campaign Period”).

 

WCT Buddy members must transfer the purchased WCT Malls E-Vouchers to five (5) different WCT Buddy members with valid, subsisting memberships within the Campaign Period to be eligible to receive a RM10 WCT Malls E-Voucher. Members who made five (5) successful transfers of WCT Malls E-Vouchers (regardless of the voucher denomination) will be entitled to receive a RM10 WCT Malls E-Voucher. Each member is allowed to transfer as many WCT Malls E-Vouchers as they wish throughout the Campaign Period, but they will receive a maximum of RM50 WCT Malls E-Voucher only.

 

The purchased and transferred WCT Malls E-Vouchers can be utilised by members at Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya, gateway@klia2, and Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru at over 400 participating merchants in those retail malls. 

 

1. The “Spread the Ong!” campaign (“Campaign”) will be held from 12 January 2024 until 25 February 2024 (“Campaign Period”). This Campaign is only open to all WCT Buddy members (“Members” or “Buyers”) with valid, subsisting memberships. If you are not yet a member, please download the WCT Buddy mobile application (“WCT Buddy App”) and sign up as a member.

2. Each Member is required to purchase a minimum of RM100 WCT Malls E-Vouchers (“Vouchers”) on the WCT Buddy App during the Campaign Period.

3. Any discounted e-vouchers listed in the E-Shop are excluded from this Campaign.

4. Members must make payment for the Vouchers in accordance with the terms stipulated by WCT Malls E-Shop Sdn Bhd or its affiliates (“WCT” or “we” or “us”) and comply with all other terms and conditions in respect of the Campaign as may be stipulated by WCT.

5. The denomination(s) of the Vouchers shall be determined by WCT at its sole and absolute discretion. For example, RM10, RM50, RM100, RM500 and etc.

6. Payments for the Vouchers can be made upon checkout at the E-Shop using any of the payment methods available. 

7. The purchased Vouchers will be credited into the Members’ account within three (3) working days (Mondays to Fridays between 9:00a.m. to 6:00p.m., excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) from the date of purchase.

8. There shall be no cancellation of the purchase of Vouchers, exchange of the Vouchers with cash or other items or change of the Vouchers’ denomination by the Member once payment has been received by us. 

9. There shall be no refund of payment whatsoever once the Vouchers appear in the Buyers’ WCT Buddy account.

10. All purchased Vouchers shall have a validity period of four (4) months from the date of issuance thereof. There shall be no extension whatsoever to such validity period unless otherwise subsequently informed by WCT. 

11. To be entitled to receive a RM10 Voucher, Members must transfer the purchased Vouchers to five (5) different WCT Buddy members with valid, subsisting memberships (regardless of the Vouchers’ denomination) within the Campaign Period. 

12. The RM10 Voucher will be issued to eligible Members within seven (7) working days.

13. The transfer of Vouchers must be done through the WCT Buddy App using the ‘Transfer’ feature. Each Member is allowed to transfer as many Vouchers as they wish throughout the Campaign Period, but they will receive a maximum of RM50 Vouchers only.

14. Once the Vouchers have been transferred to another WCT Buddy member, no reversal can be done.

15. All Voucher transfer transactions will be recorded and tracked in the WCT Buddy App.

16. An automatic notification will be pushed in the WCT Buddy App for both the transferor and the recipient of the Vouchers.

17. All transferred Vouchers shall have a validity period of four (4) months from the date of issuance thereof. There shall be no extension whatsoever to such validity period unless otherwise subsequently informed by WCT.

18. The Vouchers are applicable for usage at participating retail outlet(s) at Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya, Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru and gateway@klia2 only (“Participating Merchants”) excluding goldsmith shops (Poh Kong, Tomei, Wah Chan, MJ Jewellery etc.). 19. Buyers are entitled to earn WCT Buddy Points (“Points”) for successful purchases of the Vouchers. The Points will be only issued upon appearance/receipt of the Vouchers in the WCT Buddy account subject upon such terms, conditions and policies applicable. For avoidance of doubt, all Points issued shall be calculated based on the amount paid by the Buyer for the Vouchers.

20. All the Points earned from purchasing the Vouchers cannot be transferred.

21. The Management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
