WCT Buddy members will be eligible to enjoy 15% discount when they purchase WCT Malls E-Vouchers from the E-Shop in the WCT Buddy App via PayLater by Grab from 15 March 2024 to 30 April 2024.
 
Campaign Mechanics: -
All shoppers must download the WCT Buddy loyalty programme mobile application (“WCT Buddy App”) on their mobile device and sign up as a WCT Buddy member.
 
Eligible WCT Buddy members can purchase RM500 worth of WCT Malls E-Vouchers at a 15% discount during the campaign period provided that all payments for the WCT Malls E-Vouchers must be made via PayLater by Grab and apply the promo code “PLWCT24” at PayLater by Grab Payment page on our WCT Buddy App.
 
WCT Malls E-Vouchers will be credited into the members’ WCT Buddy App within three (3) working days after the purchase. The purchased WCT Malls E-Vouchers can be utilised at Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya, gateway@klia2 and Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru with over 400 participating merchants in those retail malls.
 
Am I eligible to sign up for PayLater by Grab?
 
Grab users who are eligible to sign up for PayLater by Grab should 
• be an existing Grab user for at least 6 months
• be aged 21 years or over
• have a Grab account that has been fully verified
• is a Platinum, Gold, or Silver GrabRewards tier member
• have a Grab mobile application (“Grab app”) that has been updated to the latest version.
 
If you are eligible to sign up for PayLater to use its function, you’ll be able to activate it in-app and you can simply launch your Grab app, tap on “Payments”, tap on “Enjoy Now” and “Pay Later” under “Explore GrabPay”.
 
If you do not see the PayLater option on the Grab app, we’re unfortunately unable to offer this service to you just yet. All approvals for usage of PayLater are given by Grab and subject entirely to Grab’s policies, terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions
1. The Voucher Bonanza Sales campaign (“Campaign”) will be held from 15 March 2024 until 30 April 2024 (“Campaign Period”). This Campaign is only open to WCT Buddy members (“Members” or “Buyers”). Only Members are allowed to purchase WCT Malls E-Vouchers (“Vouchers”) available for sale during the Campaign Period. If you are not yet a member, please download WCT Buddy mobile application and sign up as a WCT Buddy member.
 
2. Under this Campaign, payments for Vouchers must be made strictly via PayLater by Grab and Members must apply the promo code “PLWCT24” at PayLater by Grab Payment page on our WCT Buddy App for the purchase of the Vouchers to enjoy the 15% discount.
 
3. The PayLater by Grab promo code “PLWCT24” offer is limited to ONE (1) redemption per user throughout the Campaign Period.  
 
4. Members are required to purchase a minimum total voucher value of RM500 with no cap on purchase value. Members who purchased a minimum total voucher value of RM500 will be entitled to enjoy a discount of RM75 (equivalent to 15% off RM500) requiring them to pay RM425 only for the Vouchers. 
 
5. The denomination(s) of the Vouchers shall be determined by WCT at its sole and absolute discretion. For example, RM10, RM50, RM100, RM500 and etc.
 
6. All Vouchers are available while stocks last on a first come first served basis. 
 
7. Buyers must make payment for the Vouchers in accordance with the terms stipulated by WCT Malls E-Shop Sdn Bhd or its affiliates (“WCT” or “we” or “us”) and comply with all other terms and conditions in respect of the Campaign as may be stipulated by WCT.
 
8. Members’ eligibility / qualification for purchase of the Vouchers as well as the issuance of the Vouchers to member’s account will be verified and processed by us within three (3) working days (Mondays to Fridays between 9:00a.m. to 6:00p.m., excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) from the date of Vouchers purchase. An in-app push notification will be sent to members once the Vouchers have been credited to their Buddy accounts.
 
9. There shall be no cancellation of the purchase of Vouchers, exchange of the Vouchers with cash or other items or change of the Vouchers denomination on the part of the Buyer once payment has been received by us. 
 
10. There shall be no refund of payment whatsoever once the Vouchers appear in the Buyers’ WCT Buddy account, unless the circumstances in Clause 11 hereinbelow arises.  
 
11. In the event a Buyer makes payment without using the PayLater by Grab promo code or total Vouchers purchased is less than RM500value, WCT will refund the Buyer’s such payment to the Buyer’s Grab e-wallet account within ten (10) working days, less such administrative charges of 6% which shall be paid to WCT.
 
12. The Vouchers are applicable for usage at participating retail outlet(s) at Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya, Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru and gateway@klia2 only (“Participating Merchants”) excluding goldsmith shops (Poh Kong, Tomei, Wah Chan, MJ Jewellery etc.). The list of Participating Merchants can be found in the links below or at the respective retail malls.
 
 
13. Buyers are entitled to earn WCT Buddy Points (“Points”) for successful purchases of the Vouchers. The Points will be only issued upon appearance/receipt of the Vouchers in the WCT Buddy account subject to such other terms, conditions, and policies applicable. For avoidance of doubt, all Points issued shall be calculated based on the amount paid by the Buyer for the Vouchers. For example, if a Buyer successfully purchased RM500 total Vouchers value, the Buyer shall be issued 425 Points, considering the 15% discount given.
 
14. All Vouchers shall have a validity period of four (4) months from the date of issuance thereof. There shall be no extension whatsoever to such validity period unless otherwise subsequently informed by WCT. 
 
Voucher Value and Additional Voucher Value
 
15. A Buyer shall only be entitled to receive Vouchers equivalent to the value of the Vouchers paid for by the Buyer (“Voucher Value”). In the event any additional voucher value beyond the Voucher Value (“Additional Voucher Value”) was erroneously entered into or mis-issued to the Buyer’s WCT Buddy account for any reason whatsoever, the Buyer shall NOT be entitled to such Additional Voucher Value, which is unpaid for. WCT shall therefore be entitled to pursue a repayment equivalent to such Additional Voucher Value from the Buyer, and the Buyer shall agree to: -
 
(a) make full payment of the Additional Voucher Value to WCT through the E-Shop on the WCT Buddy App where a payment gateway shall be made available within ten (10) days of WCT’s notification to the Buyer and thereafter the Buyer shall show a valid proof of payment (bank transfer slip, payment receipt, payment confirmation email etc.) to WCT’s satisfaction, subject always to Clause 16 hereinbelow; or
 
(b) allow WCT to forthwith cancel and revoke the Additional Voucher Value from the Buyer’s WCT Buddy account upon WCT’s notification to the Buyer.
 
16. In the event of the Buyer failing to make payment for the Additional Voucher Value pursuant to Clause 15(a) within ten (10) days from WCT’s notification to the Buyer, WCT shall be entitled to impose interest at the rate of 3% per annum on a daily basis as from the expiry of the ten (10) days until actual payment thereof together with such late payment interest accruing thereon, without prejudice to such other rights and remedies available to WCT. 
 
17. In the event of the Buyer having utilised all or any part of the Additional Voucher Value at any Participating Merchant, WCT shall reserve absolute right to cancel such Additional Voucher Value utilised (in addition to cancelling and revoking the rest of any unutilised Additional Voucher Value and exercising such other rights and remedies available to WCT) and forthwith require the Buyer to make payment equivalent to the Additional Voucher Value utilised directly to the bank account belonging to WCT, to be provided to the Buyer. 
 
18. WCT reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions herein and in relation to the Campaign without prior notice.
