Mechanics: 

A. FREE Starbucks for NEW WCT Buddy Member

- Each shopper who downloaded and signed-up as NEW WCT Buddy Member from 1 May 2024 to 16 June 2024 is entitled to redeem ONE (1) FREE Starbucks Handcrafted Beverage Voucher.

- All NEW members are required to present their membership profiles via WCT Buddy App to any Customer Service Staffs for verification purposes before redemption of the said voucher.

- Redemption is limited to ONE (1) voucher per NEW member throughout the promotion period.

 

B. FREE Starbucks with Cumulative Spend Amount of RM80 

- WCT Buddy members who spend the Cumulative Spend amount of RM80 and above in a maximum of THREE (3) combined same day receipts at any participating outlets at gateway@klia2 will be entitled to redeem ONE (1) FREE Starbucks Handcrafted Beverage Voucher during the promotion period from 1 May 2024 to 16 June 2024 (Promotion Period), while stocks last.

- All purchases and voucher redemption must occur on the same day. Backdated receipts will not be accepted.

- Members are required to present the purchased receipts and WCT Buddy App to any Customer Service Staffs for verification purposes before collection of the said voucher. 

 

C. Redeem Starbucks Voucher with 1,500 Buddy Points via WCT Buddy App

- Members can also redeem the Starbucks Handcrafted Beverage Voucher using 1,500 Buddy Points via the WCT Buddy App by navigating to "Rewards" > "Physical Vouchers”.

- Members must present their WCT Buddy App and collect the said voucher at Concierge Counter, Level 2 at gateway@klia2 within 30 days from the redemption date.

1. The “Free Starbucks” Promotion will run from 1 May 2024 to 16 June 2024 (Promotion Period).

2. The FREE Starbucks Handcrafted Beverage Voucher will be available as a physical voucher and can be redeemed at the Concierge Counter, Level 2 of gateway@klia2 from 9am to 11pm daily.

3. The collected Starbucks Handcrafted Beverage Voucher can be used at the Starbucks outlet located at Level 3 (Lot 25), gateway@klia2. It can be exchanged for any one (1) of the following Starbucks Handcrafted Beverages, subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis: -

• Tall-Sized Caffe Latte

• Tall-Sized Americano

• Tall-Sized Freshly Brewed Tea

• Tall-Sized Mocha Frappuccino

• Tall-Sized Caramel Frappuccino

4. The said physical voucher is NOT refundable nor redeemable for cash.

5. Original copy of the said physical voucher must be surrendered upon redemption at Starbucks outlet.

6. This Promotion is ONLY open to WCT Buddy members whose membership is valid and is not suspended or terminated by the Management.

7. gateway@klia2’s tenants and their employees are strictly prohibited from redeeming any product for themselves or on behalf of their customers.

8. The Management reserves the right to change/ postpone/ cancel the promotion at any time without any prior notice.

9. The Management reserves the right to disqualify and/ or reject any purchase receipt in its absolute discretion without having to provide any reasons.

10. The Management reserves the right to amend or change the terms & conditions as and when it is deemed fit without any prior notice. The Management’s decisions are final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.

11. By participating in the promotions, members agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions and decisions of the Management and other terms and conditions as stated in the voucher and/or as may be stipulated by Starbucks. No correspondence thereon will be entertained.
