Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1. The Cashback Bonanza at Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru (the "Cashback Campaign") and Triple WCT Buddy Points with UnionPay (the "Buddy Points Campaign") are open to all individuals who hold a valid UnionPay credit, debit & prepaid card ("UnionPay Card") issued in Southeast Asia (Territories: Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Cambodia, Myanmar, Brunei, Laos, Vietnam).
2. Campaign Duration
2.1. The Cashback Campaign is valid from 6 September 2024 to 31 August 2025. (“Promotion Period”).
2.2. The Triple WCT Buddy Points Campaign is valid from 6 September 2024 to 31 August 2025.
3. Cashback Bonanza at Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru
3.1. To participate, shoppers must make a minimum purchase of RM300 and above in a maximum of 3 combined same day receipts using a valid UnionPay Card issued in Southeast Asia at any participating outlet at Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru to be rewarded with WCT Malls E-Vouchers.
3.2. E-vouchers are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

3.3. Each UnionPay Cardholder is entitled to redeem a maximum of 4 times during the campaign period, with a maximum of 2 vouchers per day.
3.4. Eligibility for the campaign is limited to a maximum of three combined receipts per day, provided that all receipts are dated the same day and payment is made using a UnionPay credit / debit card.
3.5. E-vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3.6. Redemption of the WCT Malls E-Vouchers must be made on the same day of purchase with original same-day receipts presented to the Customer Service staff at the Concierge Counter of Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru (located at Level UG) for verification during mall operation hours during the Promotion Period only.
3.7. Shoppers may present up to three (3) combined same-day receipts as day of redemption with a cumulative minimum spend based on the table above using a valid UnionPay Card issued in Southeast Asia.
3.8. Shoppers are required to download the WCT Buddy mobile application (“WCT Buddy App”) and register as a WCT Buddy member and upload the same-day receipts (as shown to and verified by the Customer Service staff at the Concierge Counter) within 24 hours of the purchase date onto the shoppers’ WCT Buddy App before redemption of the WCT Malls E-Vouchers.
3.9. Each shopper is only allowed to redeem up to two (2) products only (either Tier 1, Tier 2 or Tier 3) per day, and up to a maximum of four (4) products only throughout the Promotion Period.
3.10. Upon successful verification and upload of such same-day receipts, the Customer Service staff will issue the relevant WCT Malls E-Vouchers which correspond to the relevant spending tier to the shopper by crediting the WCT Malls E-Vouchers to the customer's WCT Buddy account.
3.11. The denomination of the WCT Malls E-Vouchers issued is determined solely by the management and shoppers are not allowed to choose the denomination of the same.
3.12. The redemption of the WCT Malls E-Voucher is available while stocks last, on a first come first served basis.
4. Triple WCT Buddy Points with UnionPay
4.1. To participate, shoppers must spend using their UnionPay Card issued in Southeast Asia to earn 3x WCT Buddy Points.
4.2. For every RM1 spent, shoppers will earn 3 WCT Buddy Points, up to a maximum of 10,000 WCT Buddy Points per day per UnionPay Cardholder.
4.3. Each UnionPay Cardholder is eligible to earn WCT Buddy Points as per the daily cap and accumulation limits.
4.4. WCT Buddy Points earned during the campaign period will be credited to the participant's WCT Buddy account within 15 days after the transaction.
4.5. By participating in the Buddy Points Campaign, participants are bound by the terms and conditions of the WCT Buddy loyalty program.
General Conditions
5. UnionPay reserves the right to verify all transactions and receipts for the purpose of ensuring compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
6. UnionPay and Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru are not responsible for any lost, delayed, or misdirected transactions or redemptions.
7. UnionPay and Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru reserves the right to amend or terminate the campaigns at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute, the decision of UnionPay shall be final.
8. Participation in these campaigns implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
9. All personal data collected during the campaigns will be used in accordance with UnionPay’s privacy policy.
