EVENTS

1. Each eligible WCT Buddy member is entitled to ONE (1) Birthday Reward during the birthday month.

2. The Birthday Reward is in the form of an RM5 WCT Malls E-Voucher and will be credited to member’s account via WCT Buddy App after verification at Concierge at WCT Malls (Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya, Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru and gateway@klia2).

3. Members must present their membership profile via WCT Buddy App and identification card or passport to Concierge to redeem the said RM5 WCT Malls E-Voucher Birthday Reward.

4. The RM5 WCT Malls E-Voucher Birthday Reward is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Expired or unredeemed e-voucher will not be entertained thereafter.

5. Members can utilise the RM5 WCT Malls E-Voucher Birthday Reward at any participating merchants at Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya, Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru & gateway@klia2 with no minimum spending required by scanning QR Code Tent Card placed at the merchant outlet.

6. The RM5 WCT Malls E-Voucher Birthday Reward is not transferable, refundable nor redeemable for cash. No refund will be given if purchase amount is below the value of e-voucher; the balance to be paid using other payment methods if the purchased amount exceeds the e-voucher value.

7. This Birthday Reward is only applicable to WCT Buddy members whose membership is valid and not suspended or terminated by the Management.

8. The Birthday Reward may be offered on a limited-time basis. The Management reserves the right to change, postpone or cancel the promotion at any time without any prior notice.

9. The Management reserves the right to amend or change the terms & conditions as and when it is deemed fit without any prior notice. The Management’s decisions are final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.

10. By participating in the promotions, members agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions and decisions of the Management. No correspondence thereon will be entertained.
