The Staffs Privilege RM10 WCT Malls E-Voucher Redemption Promotion

 

1. The Staff Privilege Promotion (“Promotion”) will run from 15 May to 31 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”) and is open exclusively to employees working at or near gateway@klia2, including those from tenant outlets, AirAsia, Malaysia Airports, and other affiliated organizations.

2. Staff must present a valid Staff ID card and an active WCT Buddy membership account via WCT Buddy app at Concierge Counter, gateway@klia2.

3. The RM10 WCT Malls E-Voucher is redeemable at Concierge Counter, Level 2, while e-voucher last.

4. RM10 WCT Malls E-Voucher Redemption Details:

• Eligible staff may redeem one (1) RM10 WCT Malls E-Voucher only once during the Promotion Period.

• RM10 WCT Malls E-Voucher will be credited to the staff member’s WCT Buddy account upon successful verification.

• Redemption must be done in person at the Concierge Counter, Level 2, gateway@klia2.

• The RM10 WCT Malls E-Voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance and can be redeemed with no minimum spend at the participating outlets at gateway@klia2.

• Redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

• The RM10 WCT Malls E-Voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and subject to the individual terms of participating outlets. If the total bill is lower than the voucher value, no refund will be provided. If the total bill exceeds the voucher value, Members must pay the balance using an alternative payment method.

5. By participating in this Promotion, Members agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. No disputes or appeals will be entertained.

6. WCT reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate the Promotion and its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
