EVENTS

1. The “The Ascent Office Staff & Paradigm Mall PJ Tenant Staff F&B E-Voucher Redemption” promotion (“Promotion”) will run from 8 May 2025 – 31 Dec 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

2. This Promotion is exclusively open to WCT Buddy Members (“Members”) who are staff of The Ascent Office Tower or tenant staff of Paradigm Mall PJ. Non-members must download the WCT Buddy App and register as a Member to participate.

3. Eligible Members may redeem up to RM45 worth of F&B E-Vouchers once only throughout the Promotion Period.

4. Redemption of the F&B E-Vouchers can only be made in person at the Concierge Counter, Level G, Paradigm Mall PJ on a first-come, first-served basis, while e-vouchers last.

5. Members must present their valid Staff ID and an active WCT Buddy membership account via the WCT Buddy App at the Concierge Counter, Level G, Paradigm Mall PJ to redeem the F&B E-Vouchers.

6. The F&B E-Voucher(s) include both halal and non-halal F&B outlets at Paradigm Mall PJ. Non-halal F&B E-Vouchers will be strictly allocated to non-Muslim Members only, and Members must confirm and acknowledge the outlet type during redemption.

7. The F&B E-Vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance and can be used with no minimum spend at the respective F&B outlets.

8. The F&B E-Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the total bill is lower than the voucher value, no refund will be provided. If the total bill exceeds the voucher value, Members must pay the balance using an alternative payment method.

9. By participating, Members agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. No disputes or appeals will be entertained.

10. WCT reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion and its Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
