The Ascent Office Staff & Paradigm Mall PJ Tenant Staff F&B E-Voucher Redemption Promotion
 

1. The “The Ascent Office Staff & Paradigm Mall PJ Tenant Staff F&B E-Voucher Redemption” promotion (“Promotion”) will run from 8 May 2025 – 15 June 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

2. This Promotion is exclusively open to WCT Buddy Members (“Members”) who are staff of The Ascent Office Tower or tenant staff of Paradigm Mall PJ. Non-members must download the WCT Buddy App and register as a Member to participate.

3. Staff must present a valid Staff ID card and an active WCT Buddy membership account via WCT Buddy app at the Concierge Counter, Level G, Paradigm Mall.

4. F&B E-Voucher Redemption Details:

• Eligible staff may redeem 2 pieces of F&B E-Vouchers (for Muslim staff) or up to 6 pieces (for non-Muslim staff) once only throughout the during the Promotion Period.

• F&B E-Vouchers will be credited to the staff member’s WCT Buddy account upon successful verification.

• Redemption must be done in person at the Concierge Counter, Level G, Paradigm Mall PJ.

• Non-Halal F&B E-Vouchers will be strictly allocated to non-Muslim staff only, and staff must confirm and acknowledge the outlet type during redemption.

• The F&B E-Voucher(s) is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance and can be redeemed with no minimum spend at respective F&B outlet.

• Redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

• E-Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and subject to the individual terms of participating F&B outlets.

5. By participating in this Promotion, Members agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. No disputes or appeals will be entertained.

6. WCT reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate the Promotion and its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
