Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1 The FREE RM10 E-Voucher offer for new WCT Buddy Members are open to Singtel postpaid customers via My Singtel app.
1.2 The Voucher Bonanza Sales (VBS) Campaign is applicable for Singtel Prestige members and WCT Buddy Members via My Singtel app.
2. Campaign Duration
The Voucher Bonanza Sales (VBS) Campaign and the FREE RM10 E-Voucher offer are valid from 18 July 2025 to 31 December 2025 (“Campaign Period”).
3. The Voucher Bonanza Sales (VBS) Campaign at Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru
3.1 Only Singtel Prestige members and WCT Buddy Members (“Buyers”) are eligible to purchase VBS E-Vouchers during the Campaign Period.
3.2 To enjoy the 20% discount, Buyers must obtain the promo code via My Singtel App and apply it when purchasing the VBS E-Voucher on the “E-Shop” tab in the WCT Buddy App during the Campaign Period.
3.3 Each eligible Buyer is entitled to purchase up to RM500 worth of VBS E-Vouchers at a 20% discount using any payment method.
Example: Buyers will pay RM400 to purchase RM500 worth of VBS E-Vouchers.
3.4 All VBS E-Vouchers are available for purchase on the E-Shop, on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
3.5 The VBS E-Vouchers will be credited to the Buyer’s WCT Buddy App account upon successful payment. A push notification will be sent once the Vouchers have been credited.
3.6 The denomination(s) of the VBS E-Vouchers shall be determined by WCT Buddy and Singtel, at their sole and absolute discretion (e.g., RM5, RM10, RM50, RM100, RM500).
3.7 Buyers must make payment in accordance with the terms stipulated by WCT Malls E-Shop Sdn Bhd or its affiliates (“WCT Buddy”, “we”, or “us”) and comply with all other Campaign-related terms and conditions imposed by WCT Buddy and Singtel.
3.8 Once payment is successful, there shall be no cancellation, refund, exchange for cash or other items, or changes to the VBS E-Voucher denomination on the part of the Buyer.
3.9 In the event that a Buyer pays more than RM500 for the Vouchers, WCT Buddy will refund the excess payment by bank transfer within ten (10) working days, less a 2% administrative charge.
3.10 The VBS E-Vouchers are redeemable only at participating retail outlets in Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru, excluding goldsmith shops (e.g., Poh Kong, Tomei, Wah Chan, MJ Jewellery, etc.). The list of Participating Merchants can be found here.
3.11 Buyers are entitled to earn WCT Buddy Points (“Buddy Points”) for successful VBS E-Voucher purchases. Buddy Points will be issued once the Vouchers appear in the Buyer’s WCT Buddy App account, and calculated based on the amount paid.
Example: A RM200 voucher purchase at 20% discount (RM160 paid) earns 160 Buddy Points.
3.12 All VBS E-Vouchers are valid for four (4) months from the date of issuance. No extensions will be granted unless otherwise notified by WCT Buddy.
4. FREE RM10 E-Voucher offer for new WCT Buddy Members
4.1 The FREE RM10 E-Voucher offer is exclusively for Singtel Postpaid customers who register as new WCT Buddy Members via My Singtel app during the Campaign Period.
4.2 To be eligible, Singtel customers must obtain the promo code via My Singtel app and apply the code during registration on the WCT Buddy App.
4.3 The FREE RM10 E-Voucher will be credited to the member’s WCT Buddy App account within three (3) working days upon successful registration and code application.
4.4 A push notification will be sent via the WCT Buddy App once the E-Voucher has been successfully credited.
4.5 Each eligible user is entitled to this FREE RM10 E-Voucher offer once only during the Campaign Period.
4.6 The FREE RM10 E-Voucher is subject to availability and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
4.7 The E-Voucher is valid for use at participating outlets in Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru, excluding goldsmith shops (e.g., Poh Kong, Tomei, Wah Chan, MJ Jewellery, etc.). The list of Participating Merchants can be found here.
4.8 The E-Voucher are not to be exchanged for cash, transferred, or extended beyond the validity period.
5. General Conditions
5.1 Participation in these campaigns implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
No disputes or appeals will be entertained.
5.2 Singtel and WCT Buddy reserve the right to amend, modify, or terminate the Terms and Conditions and any aspect of the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
5.3 All personal data collected during the Campaign will be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy policy of WCT Buddy and/or Singtel.
5.4 Singtel's General Terms and Conditions of Service(s) shall apply.
5.5 Singtel's Prestige Membership Terms and Conditions shall apply.
