3. Ask staff to enter the PIN and validate your Touch 'n Go/ Credit Card

1. The FREE first 3-hour parking promotion at Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru (PMJB) is exclusively for Singtel Prestige members via the My Singtel App.

2. The FREE first 3-hour parking promotion is valid from 18 July to 31 December 2025, including weekdays and weekends.

3. The redemption of this promotion is limited to the first 600 eligible Singtel Prestige members, on first-come, first-served, and while stocks last. No disputes will be entertained after redemption is processed.

4. The redemption is strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.

5. To redeem, Singtel Prestige members are required to present their My Singtel App with Prestige membership via My Singtel App and Touch 'n Go/ Credit Card to Customer Service Staffs at PMJB. The staffs will validate the redemption by entering the PIN in the app.

6. The balance of any parking fee beyond the 3-hour rebate must be paid by the Singtel Prestige members.

7. Non-Singtel Prestige members are strictly not allowed to redeem.

8. Participation in these campaigns implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

9. All personal data collected during the Campaign will be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy policy of WCT Buddy and/or Singtel.

10. Singtel and WCT Buddy reserve the right to amend, modify, or terminate the Terms and Conditions and any aspect of the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
