1. The Hohoholiday Giveaway with Traveloka (“Campaign”) will run from 15 November 2025 – 31 January 2026 (“Campaign Period”).

2. Eligibility & Participation

• This Campaign is open exclusively to WCT Buddy Members with valid, active memberships that are not suspended or terminated by the management.

• Non-members may join by downloading the WCT Buddy App and signing up for free via this link: http://onelink.to/wctbuddy2.0

• To participate, each eligible member must spend a minimum of RM300 in a maximum of three (3) same-day receipts at any participating malls including Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya, Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru, or gateway@klia2 to receive one (1) entry for the Hohoholiday Giveaway with Traveloka Campaign during the Campaign Period. Traveloka members are required to present their member profile page via Traveloka app to entitle double entries (2x) per qualifying spend. The more entries a member submits, the higher their chances of winning.

3. Entry Submission

• Entry submission must be made on the same day of the purchase with original receipts at the concierge counter at each participating malls during mall operation hours.

• Each member is allowed to submit up to a maximum of three (3) entries per day throughout the Campaign Period.

• Submitted receipts must reflect sales transactions from tenant outlets within the same participating mall.

• Receipts from hypermarket, bill payments, prepaid reloads, currency exchange and temporary promotion booths are not accepted for purpose of this Campaign.

4. Winner Selection & Prize Collection

• The Campaign ends on 31 January 2026. Winners will be selected via a lucky draw and notified via email or phone within two (2) weeks after the Campaign ends.

• Each winner is eligible to win only one (1) prize throughout the Campaign.

• Winners must collect their prizes in person on or before the date stipulated by the Management. A valid Malaysian Identity Card or Passport must be presented for verification. Failure to comply with any of the above requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize, and the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner at its sole discretion.

• The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash.

5. By participating, Members agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. No disputes or appeals will be entertained.

6. The Management has the sole discretion to exclude any person from participating in the Campaign without any obligation to furnish any notice and/ or reason.

7. The Management reserves the right to disqualify and/ or reject any receipt at its absolute discretion without having to provide any reason.

8. The Management reserves the right to modify or terminate the Campaign and its Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
