How to Redeem the Parking E-Voucher
Step 1 - Redeem the Parking E-Voucher

Redeem the Parking E-Voucher in the WCT Buddy App under the “Rewards” section.

Step 2 - Validate at Concierge

Proceed to the Paradigm Mall PJ Concierge and provide your vehicle plate number for validation.

Step 3 - Exit the Carpark

Enjoy the first 3 hours free parking. If you park longer than 3 hours, pay the additional parking fees at the parking exit machine before leaving.

Paradigm Mall PJ

1. This promotion is valid from 1 December 2025 to 31 December 2026 at Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya.

2. Two (2) Parking E-Vouchers (RM2 OFF and RM3 OFF) will be listed in the WCT Buddy App under the “Rewards” section for member redemption.

RM2 OFF (Weekday First 3 Hours Parking)	400 Buddy Points
RM3 OFF (Weekend/PH First 3 Hours Parking)	600 Buddy Points

3. Redemption only applicable to WCT Buddy members with sufficient Buddy Points.

4. Redemption is available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. Each Parking E-Voucher is valid for three (3) months from the date of redemption.

5. Upon redemption, members must proceed to the Paradigm Mall PJ (Level G) and provide their vehicle plate number for validation of the Parking E-Voucher.

6. This Parking E-Voucher covers only the first three (3) hours of parking. Any additional parking time will be charged based on the mall’s standard parking rates.

7. The Parking E-Voucher is not valid with other parking promotions or privileges and is not applicable for Preferred Parking or Valet Parking services.

8. The Parking E-Voucher is not exchangeable for cash, non-refundable, and non-transferable to another member.

9. Paradigm Mall PJ will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or failed redemption due to technical issues, member errors, or failure to provide vehicle details for validation.

10. Paradigm Mall PJ reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion or its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
