5-Day Malaysia Supersized Sale 24 - 28 December 2025

 

WCT Buddy members who pre-purchase Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru E-Vouchers through the E-Shop in the WCT Buddy App using any Mastercard credit or debit card will enjoy a 20% discount from 12 – 27 December 2025.

 

Campaign Mechanics: -

 

All shoppers must download the WCT Buddy loyalty programme mobile application (“WCT Buddy App”) on their mobile devices and sign up as WCT Buddy members.

 

WCT Buddy members can pre-purchase a maximum of RM500 worth of Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru E-Vouchers at a 20% discount during the Campaign Period (12 – 27 December 2025) via the E-Shop in the WCT Buddy App. Payment must be made using a Mastercard credit or debit card and members must enter the promo code MASTER20 at checkout.

 

Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru E-Vouchers will be credited to members’ WCT Buddy App accounts from 24 December 2025 onwards after purchase. These E-Vouchers can only be used at WCT Buddy participating merchants in Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru.

 

1. The Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru x Mastercard Voucher Bonanza Sales campaign (“Campaign”) will be held from 12 – 27 December 2025 (“Campaign Period”). This Campaign is only open to WCT Buddy members (“Members” or “Buyers”). The participating retail mall is Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru only. Only Members are allowed to purchase Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru E-Vouchers (“Vouchers”) available for sale during the Campaign Period. If you are not yet a member, please download the WCT Buddy mobile application and sign up as a WCT Buddy member.

2. Each eligible Buyer is entitled to purchase a maximum of RM500 total worth of Vouchers at a 20% discount on the E-Shop in the WCT Buddy App (“E-Shop”) using a valid Mastercard credit or debit card. Members must enter the promo code MASTER20 when purchasing the VBS E-Voucher under the “E-Shop” tab in the WCT Buddy App during the Campaign Period. For example, Buyers shall pay RM400 only for purchasing RM500 worth of Vouchers.

3. The denomination(s) of the Vouchers shall be determined by WCT at its sole and absolute discretion. For example, RM5, RM10, RM50, RM100 and RM500.

4. All Vouchers are available while stocks last on a first come first served basis with a cut-off time for purchase at 11:59p.m. on 23 December 2025.

5. Buyers must make payment for the Vouchers in accordance with the terms stipulated by WCT Malls E-Shop Sdn Bhd or its affiliates (“WCT” or “we” or “us”) and comply with all other terms and conditions in respect of the Campaign as may be stipulated by WCT.

6. Payments for Vouchers must be made using a valid Mastercard credit or debit card at checkout in the E-Shop to qualify for the 20% discount. Buyers must also enter the promo code MASTER20 at checkout.

7. Notwithstanding the Campaign Period, the Vouchers will be credited to Members' accounts strictly between 24–27 December 2025 only. If the Vouchers are purchased on or before 11:59p.m. on 23 December 2025, they will be issued on 24 December 2025; if the Vouchers are purchased between 24–27 December 2025, they will be issued on the following day. A confirmation app push notification will be sent to the Members once the Vouchers have been credited to their WCT Buddy accounts.

8. There shall be no cancellation of the purchase of Vouchers, exchange of the Vouchers with cash or other items or change of the Vouchers’ denomination on the part of the Buyer once payment has been received by us. 

9. There shall be no refund of payment whatsoever once the Vouchers appear in the Buyers’ WCT Buddy account, unless the circumstances in Clauses 10 and 11 hereinbelow arises.  

10. In the event a Buyer pays a sum exceeding RM500 for the Vouchers, WCT will refund the excess payment by bank transfer to the Buyer within ten (10) working days, less such administrative charges of 2% which shall be paid to WCT.

11. In the event a Buyer makes payment for the Vouchers without fulfilling the terms and conditions in Clause 2 prior to the purchase of the Vouchers upon our verification, WCT will refund the Buyer’s such payment via the E-Shop or bank transfer to the Buyer within ten (10) working days, less such administrative charges of 2% which shall be paid to WCT.

12. The Vouchers are applicable for usage at participating retail outlet(s) at Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru (“Participating Merchants”) excluding goldsmith shops (for example, Poh Kong, Tomei, Wah Chan, MJ Jewellery etc.). 13. Buyers are entitled to earn WCT Buddy Points (“Points”) for successful purchases of the Vouchers. The Points will be only issued within 3 working days to members’ account after receiving the Vouchers subject to such other terms, conditions, and policies applicable. For avoidance of doubt, all Points issued shall be calculated based on the amount paid by the Buyer for the Vouchers. For example, if a Buyer successfully purchased RM500.00 total Vouchers value, the Buyer shall be issued 400 Points, taking into account the 20% discount given.

14. All Vouchers shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on 28 December 2025, regardless of the date of issuance.  There shall be no extension whatsoever to such validity period unless otherwise subsequently informed by WCT. 

 

Voucher Value and Additional Voucher Value

15. A Buyer shall only be entitled to receive Vouchers equivalent to the value of the Vouchers paid for by the Buyer (“Voucher Value”). In the event any additional voucher value beyond the Voucher Value (“Additional Voucher Value”) was erroneously entered into or mis-issued to the Buyer’s WCT Buddy account for any reason whatsoever, the Buyer shall NOT be entitled to such Additional Voucher Value, which is unpaid for. WCT shall therefore be entitled to pursue a repayment equivalent to such Additional Voucher Value from the Buyer, and the Buyer shall agree to: - 

(a) make full payment of the Additional Voucher Value to WCT through the E-Shop on the WCT Buddy App where a payment gateway shall be made available within ten (10) days of WCT’s notification to the Buyer and thereafter the Buyer shall show a valid proof of payment (bank transfer slip, payment receipt, payment confirmation email etc.) to WCT’s satisfaction, subject always to Clause 16 hereinbelow; or

(b) allow WCT to forthwith cancel and revoke the Additional Voucher Value from the Buyer’s WCT Buddy account upon WCT’s notification to the Buyer.

16. In the event of the Buyer failing to make payment for the Additional Voucher Value pursuant to Clause 15(a) within ten (10) days from WCT’s notification to the Buyer, WCT shall be entitled to impose interest at the rate of 3% per annum on a daily basis as from the expiry of the ten (10) days until actual payment thereof together with such late payment interest accruing thereon, without prejudice to such other rights and remedies available to WCT. 

17. In the event of the Buyer having utilised all or any part of the Additional Voucher Value at any Participating Merchant, WCT shall reserve absolute right to cancel such Additional Voucher Value utilised (in addition to cancelling and revoking the rest of any unutilised Additional Voucher Value and exercising such other rights and remedies available to WCT) and forthwith require the Buyer to make payment equivalent to the Additional Voucher Value utilised directly to the bank account belonging to WCT, to be provided to the Buyer.
