1. Each eligible WCT Buddy Kids member is entitled to ONE (1) Birthday Gift during the birthday month.
2. Parents or guardians of each kid member must present their kid’s membership profile via WCT Buddy App and an identification card or passport to the Concierge to redeem the WCT Buddy Kids Birthday Gift.
3. Members are required to check the condition of the WCT Buddy Kids Birthday Gift at the time of redemption. No exchanges, cash refunds, or damage claims will be entertained thereafter.
4. The WCT Buddy Kids Birthday Gift is only redeemable during the registered birthday month on the app. No late redemptions will be entertained thereafter.
5. The said WCT Buddy Kids Birthday Gift is not transferable, refundable nor redeemable for cash.
6. The WCT Buddy Kids Birthday Gift is only applicable to WCT Buddy Kids under 13 years old, whose memberships are valid and not suspended or terminated by the Management.
7. The WCT Buddy Kids Birthday Gift may be offered on a limited-time basis. The Management reserves the right to change, postpone or cancel the promotion at any time without any prior notice.
8. The Management reserves the right to amend or change the terms & conditions as and when it is deemed fit without any prior notice. The Management’s decisions are final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
9. By participating in the promotions, members agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions and decisions of the Management. No correspondence thereon will be entertained.
