EVENTS

1. The Senior Citizen parking privilege is available during weekdays only (Monday to Friday), excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays at Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru.

2. This privilege is open to Senior Citizens aged fifty-five (55) years old and above.

3. Eligible Senior Citizens are entitled to THREE (3) hours of complimentary parking.

Parking charges for the 4th hour onwards shall be charged at RM1 per hour (standard parking rate).

4. This parking privilege is strictly not applicable to Preferred Parking (located at Basement level) and Premium Parking.

5. Validation of the complimentary parking must be done in person at the Concierge Counter during mall operating hours on weekdays.

6. Senior Citizens must be physically present and are required to present their original MyKad or original passport to the Concierge staff for age verification prior to parking validation.

7. During redemption, Senior Citizens are required to declare and present their vehicle registration number (car plate number) for validation and system recording purposes.

8. Validation on behalf of another person is strictly not allowed.

9. Each eligible Senior Citizen is entitled to a maximum of one (1) complimentary parking validation per day.

10. The complimentary parking privilege is valid for single entry and single validation only, and each validation can only be used once.

11. This privilege is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, whether in part or in full.

12. Any unused complimentary parking hours are non-extendable, non-refundable and will be forfeited.

13. Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, claims, costs, expenses or liabilities arising from the use or misuse of this parking privilege.

14. Any misuse, abuse, tampering or falsification of identification, vehicle details or validation may result in disqualification and may constitute a criminal offence. Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru reserves the right to take appropriate action where necessary.

15. Data relating to the number of Senior Citizen parking validations may be recorded and tracked for internal reporting and analysis purposes.

16. Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru reserves the right to amend, vary, modify or withdraw these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
