Terms & Conditions
1. The Golden Seniors Rewards Redemption Promotion (“Promotion”) will run from 1 April 2026 to 31 December 2026 (“Promotion Period”) at Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya and Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru.
2. This Promotion is exclusively open to WCT Buddy Members (“Members”) who are senior citizens aged 55 years and above. Non-members must download the WCT Buddy App and register as a Member to participate.
3. To participate, Members must spend any amount at the mall and present the same-day original receipt, their Identification Card, and WCT Buddy App profile at the Concierge Counter of the respective participating mall. Redemption must be completed on the same day of purchase during mall operating hours.
4. Upon successful verification, Members are entitled to redeem one (1) FREE RM5 WCT Buddy F&B e-voucher per day, subject to availability.

5. The FREE RM5 F&B e-voucher redemption is limited to one (1) voucher per Member per day, with a maximum of four (4) vouchers per Member throughout the Promotion Period.
6. The RM5 F&B e-voucher:
• Is valid for weekday use only (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays and weekends.
• Is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
• Can only be used from 3:00 PM onwards.
• Can be used with no minimum spend at participating F&B outlets in Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya and Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru.
7. The F&B e-voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the bill amount is lower than the voucher value, no refund will be provided. Any balance exceeding the voucher value must be paid by the Member using another payment method.
8. By participating in this Promotion, Members agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. The Management reserves the right to reject any redemption that does not comply with the stated requirements.
9. WCT reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate the Promotion and its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
