Paradigm Mall PJ

1. The “The Ascent Office Staff & Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya Tenant Staff F&B E-Voucher Redemption Promotion” (“Promotion”) will run from 1 April 2026 to 31 December 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

2. This Promotion is exclusively open to WCT Buddy Members (“Members”) who are staff of The Ascent Office Tower or tenant staff of Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya. Non-members must download the WCT Buddy App and register as a Member to participate.

3. Eligible staff must present a valid Staff ID card and an active WCT Buddy membership account via the WCT Buddy App at the Concierge Counter, Level G, Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya to redeem one (1) RM5 WCT Buddy F&B e-voucher per month.

4. Upon successful verification, the first RM5 F&B e-voucher will be issued at the Concierge Counter. Subsequent e-vouchers will be credited to the Member’s WCT Buddy account during the first week of each following month, with a push notification sent via the app.

5. Redemption must be completed within the Promotion Period to qualify for the monthly e-voucher issuance. Staff who redeem at a later month will only receive e-vouchers from the month of successful redemption onwards. Any e-vouchers from previous months will not be issued or backdated.

6. The RM5 F&B e-voucher:

• Is valid for weekday use only (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays and weekends.

• Is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

• Can be used with no minimum spend at participating F&B outlets in Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya.

7. The F&B e-voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the bill amount is lower than the voucher value, no refund will be provided. Any balance exceeding the voucher value must be paid by the Member using another payment method.

8. By participating in this Promotion, Members agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. No disputes or appeals will be entertained.

9. WCT reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate the Promotion and its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
