1. Eligibility

1.1. The Cashback E-Voucher at Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru and Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya (the "Cashback E-Voucher Campaign") and 3X WCT Buddy Points with UnionPay (the "Buddy Points Campaign") are open to all individuals who hold a valid UnionPay credit, debit & prepaid card ("UnionPay Card") issued in all countries, including China, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Cambodia, Myanmar, Brunei, Laos, Vietnam and etc.

2. Campaign Duration

The Cashback E-Voucher Campaign and the 3X WCT Buddy Points Campaign are valid from 1 June 2025 to 30 June 2026 at Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya, and 1 June 2025 to 31 May 2026 at Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru (“Promotion Period”).

3. Cashback Bonanza at Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru & Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya

3.1. To participate, shoppers must make a minimum purchase of RM300 and above in a maximum of 3 combined same day receipts using a valid UnionPay Card issued in all countries at any participating outlet at Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru and Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya to be rewarded with WCT Malls E-Vouchers.

3.2. E-vouchers are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

3.3. Each UnionPay Cardholder is entitled to redeem a maximum of 4 times during the campaign period, with a maximum of 2 vouchers per day.

3.4. Eligibility for the campaign is limited to a maximum of three (3) combined receipts per day, provided that all receipts are dated the same day and payment is made using UnionPay cards issued in all countries.

3.5. E-vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3.6. Redemption of the WCT Malls E-Vouchers must be made on the same day of purchase with original same-day receipts presented to the Customer Service staff at the Concierge Counter of Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru (located at Level UG) or Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya (located at Level G) for verification during mall operation hours during the Promotion Period only.

3.7. Shoppers may present up to three (3) combined same-day receipts as day of redemption with a cumulative minimum spent based on the table above using a valid UnionPay Card issued in all countries.

3.8. Shoppers are required to download the WCT Buddy mobile application (“WCT Buddy App”) and register as a WCT Buddy member and upload the same-day receipts (as shown to and verified by the Customer Service staff at the Concierge Counter) within 24 hours of the purchase date onto the shoppers’ WCT Buddy App before redemption of the WCT Malls E-Vouchers.

3.9. Each shopper is only allowed to redeem ONE (2) products only (either Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 or Tier 4) per day, and up to a maximum of four (4) products only throughout the Promotion Period.

3.10. Upon successful verification and upload of such same-day receipts, the Customer Service staff will issue the relevant WCT Malls E-Vouchers which correspond to the relevant spending tier to the shopper by crediting the WCT Malls E-Vouchers to the customer's WCT Buddy account.

3.11. The denomination of the WCT Malls E-Vouchers issued is determined solely by the management and shoppers are not allowed to choose the denomination of the same.

3.12. The redemption of the WCT Malls E-Voucher is available while stocks last, on a first-come first served basis.

4. 3X WCT Buddy Points with UnionPay

4.1. To participate, shoppers must spend using their UnionPay Card issued in all countries to earn 3x WCT Buddy Points.

4.2. For every RM1 spent, shoppers will earn 3 WCT Buddy Points, up to a maximum of 10,000 WCT Buddy Points per day per UnionPay Cardholder.

4.3. Each UnionPay Cardholder is eligible to earn WCT Buddy Points as per the daily cap and accumulation limits.

4.4. WCT Buddy Points earned during the campaign period will be credited to the participant's WCT Buddy account within 15 days after the transaction.

4.5. By participating in the Buddy Points Campaign, participants are bound by the terms and conditions of the WCT Buddy loyalty program.

5. Complimentary foldable travel bag

5.1. The redemption of complimentary foldable travel bag is open to all individuals holding a valid UnionPay Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Card ("UnionPay Card") issued in any country, including but not limited to China, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore, Cambodia, Myanmar, Brunei, Laos, and Vietnam.

5.2. The Campaign is valid from 1 June 2025 to 30 June 2026 at Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya, and 1 June 2025 to 31 May 2026 at Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru (“Promotion Period”).

5.3. To participate, shoppers must spend a minimum of RM150 in a maximum of three (3) same-day combined receipts using a valid UnionPay Card issued in any country to be eligible for the complimentary travel bag.

5.4. Each UnionPay Cardholder is entitled to one (1) redemption per day during the Campaign Period.

5.5. A maximum of three (3) same-day combined receipts are accepted per redemption, provided all payments are made using a valid UnionPay Card issued in any country.

5.6. Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase. Original same-day receipts must be presented to the Customer Service staff at the Concierge Counter during mall operating hours.

5.7. Shoppers must also upload their same-day purchase receipts to the WCT Buddy App to participate in the redemption. All receipts must be uploaded on the same day of purchase, within 24 hours of the transaction time.

5.8. Redemptions are available while stocks last, on a first-come, first-served basis. No disputes will be entertained once all available gifts have been fully redeemed.

5.9. Receipts from bill payments, prepaid reloads, currency exchange, and temporary promotion booths will not be accepted for redemption.

5.10. The complimentary travel bag is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Only items with defects, as determined at the Customer Service staff’s discretion may be exchanged, subject to stock availability.

6. UnionPay and The Management of Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru and Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya reserves the right to verify all transactions and receipts for the purpose of ensuring compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

7. UnionPay and The Management of Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru and Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya are not responsible for any lost, delayed, or misdirected transactions or redemptions.

8. UnionPay and The Management of Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru and Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya reserves the right to amend or terminate the campaigns at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute, the decision of UnionPay shall be final.

9. Participation in these campaigns implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

10. All personal data collected during the campaigns will be used in accordance with UnionPay’s privacy policy.
