Starting 1 June until 31 December 2026, members can redeem exclusive items directly through the WCT Buddy App at participating malls:
- Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya
- Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru

Available redemption items include:

How to redeem:
1. Open the WCT Buddy App
2. Tap on “Rewards”
3. Browse under “Exclusive Points Redemption”
4. Redeem your preferred item
5. Collect it at the Concierge of the selected participating mall
All rewards are available on a first come, first served basis while stocks last. Items must be collected within one (1) month from the redemption date at respective mall.

Terms & Conditions
1. The Exclusive Points Redemption Campaign (“Campaign”) is conducted via the WCT Buddy Mobile Application (“App”). By participating in the Campaign, all participants (“Members”) are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Redemption Items will be displayed in the App and allocated across Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya, Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru and gateway@klia2. Each Redemption Item is strictly tied to its respective mall allocation as stated in the App.
3. To participate in the Campaign, Members are required to:
1) Open the WCT Buddy App;
2) Tap on “Rewards”;
3) Browse the items under “Exclusive Points Redemption”;
4) Select the preferred Redemption Item and tap “Redeem”; and
5) Collect the redeemed item at the Concierge of the respective participating mall stated in the App.
4. Members must select and redeem Redemption Items in the App according to the mall allocation stated in the App. Redemption Items must be collected at the Concierge of the same participating mall where the redemption was made. Cross-mall collection is strictly not permitted. All redeemed items must be collected within one (1) month from the redemption date.
5. All redemptions are subject to availability and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. Redemption is available exclusively via the App, and Members must ensure they have sufficient Points prior to redemption.
6. Upon successful redemption, the corresponding Points shall be deducted immediately and irrevocably from the Member’s account.
7. All Redemption Items must be collected in person at the respective Concierge as indicated in the App. Members may be required to present the redemption confirmation in the App together with a valid identification document for verification purposes upon collection.
8. All items collected under the WCT Buddy, Exclusive Points Redemption Campaign are subject to quality check (QC) at the point of redemption during collection. No exchange or replacement will be entertained once the item has been accepted by the member.
9. Redemption Items are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash. Any uncollected Redemption Items after the stipulated collection period shall be deemed forfeited without compensation.
10. Any Redemption Items successfully collected shall be strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Under no circumstances shall Points be reinstated, reversed, or credited back to the Member’s account once collection has been completed.
11. Buddy Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be combined across multiple accounts. Points are subject to expiry in accordance with the WCT Buddy programme, and any expired Points shall be automatically forfeited.
12. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any Redemption Item with another item of equivalent value, or to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
13. The Organiser shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or issues arising from participation in the Campaign, including but not limited to system errors, application downtime, or unavailability of Redemption Items.
14. Any fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Campaign or App may result in disqualification, forfeiture of Points and Redemption Items, and suspension or termination of Membership at the Organiser’s sole discretion.
15. he Organiser’s decision in relation to all matters under the Campaign shall be final, conclusive, and binding on all Members.
