Terms & Conditions
1. Campaign Period
• Spend, Spin & Redeem with AirAsia (“Campaign”) is a promotional activity organised as part of the “Shop & Lepak” campaign at Paradigm Mall Johor Bharu.
• The Campaign will run from 15 June 2026 to 31 July 2026 (“Campaign Period”).
2. Eligibility
• The Campaign is open exclusively to WCT Buddy Members with valid and active memberships that are not suspended or terminated by the Management.
• Non-members may participate by downloading the WCT Buddy App and signing up for free via: http://onelink.to/wctbuddy2.0.
3. Participation
• To participate, each eligible member must accumulate a minimum spend of RM300 across any three (3) receipts from participating tenants at Paradigm Mall Johor Bharu during the Campaign Period.
• Members may present the validated receipts together with their WCT Buddy membership at the Concierge Counter to participate in the Spend, Spin & Redeem activity.
• Each qualifying set of receipts with a minimum accumulated spend of RM300 across three (3) receipts entitles the member to one (1) spin chance only.
• Members may redeem AirAsia Points and other prizes through the Spend, Spin & Redeem activity, subject to availability.
• Prizes available for redemption are as follows:

• All prizes are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
• The Spend, Spin & Redeem activity shall be conducted at the Concierge Counter and is subject to the operating hours of the mall.
4. Prize Redemption
• Prizes awarded are determined solely by the result of the Spin & Redeem activity.
• Each member may redeem AirAsia Points a maximum of three (3) times during the campaign period (15 June 2026 – 31 July 2026).
• Members who have reached the maximum AirAsia Points redemption limit may continue to participate in the Campaign and redeem other available prizes, subject to prize availability and these Terms and Conditions.
• For prizes other than AirAsia Points, each member is entitled to a maximum of three (3) prize redemptions per day, subject to availability.
• AirAsia Points will be credited on a monthly basis upon successful verification and processing.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring that the information provided for redemption purposes is accurate and complete.
• All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
5. General Terms and Conditions
• By participating, Members agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. No disputes or appeals will be entertained.
• The Management has the sole discretion to exclude any person from participating in the Campaign without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.
• The Management reserves the right to disqualify and/or reject any receipt submission at its absolute discretion without having to provide any reason.
• The Management reserves the right to request proof of identity and supporting documents for verification purposes.
• The Management reserves the right to substitute, replace or withdraw any prize with another item of similar value without prior notice.
• The Management reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Campaign and its Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
• In the event of any inconsistency between promotional materials and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
• The Management’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign shall be final and binding.
