Terms & Conditions
1. The Shop & Fly Extravaganza – Top Spender Contest ("Campaign") is open exclusively to registered WCT Buddy App Members.
2. The Campaign shall run from 1 July 2026 until 30 September 2026 ("Campaign Period"). Only eligible transactions made within the Campaign Period shall qualify for participation.
3. Participation in the Campaign is strictly by RSVP through the WCT Buddy App. Members are required to click the "RSVP" button within the Campaign page prior to participating in the contest. Members who fail to complete the RSVP registration will not be eligible for the Campaign, regardless of the number or value of receipts submitted.
4. Upon successful RSVP registration, Members may submit eligible purchase receipts through the WCT Buddy App. Only original receipts issued by participating retailers located at Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya, Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru, and gateway@klia2 during the Campaign Period shall be accepted.
5. Receipts submitted must clearly display the retailer's name, transaction date, transaction amount, receipt number, and other relevant transaction details. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any receipt that is illegible, incomplete, duplicated, altered, fraudulent, damaged, or otherwise deemed invalid.
6. The Organiser reserves the right to verify all submitted receipts and transaction details. Any receipt found to be fraudulent, duplicated, manipulated, cancelled, refunded, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions shall be disqualified.
7. Eligible spending from all valid receipt submissions during the Campaign Period will be accumulated under each Member's WCT Buddy account for the purpose of determining the highest total spend.
8. At the end of the Campaign Period, the Top Three (3) Members with the highest accumulated eligible spending across all participating malls will each receive the respective Top Spender Prize, subject to verification by the Organiser.
9. In addition, Fifty (50) Consolation Prize winners will be selected by the Organiser from among eligible participants, subject to the Campaign mechanics and verification process.
10. Winners will be contacted via their registered mobile number and/or email address. The official list of winners will also be published on the official social media platforms of the participating malls within two (2) weeks after the conclusion of the Campaign.
11. All prizes must be collected at the Customer Service Counter/Concierge of the respective participating mall within one (1) month from the official winner announcement date. Failure to collect the prize within the stipulated period shall result in the prize being forfeited without further notice. No extension of the collection period will be entertained.
12. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other items unless otherwise determined by the Organiser.
13. Employees of Paradigm Mall Management Sdn. Bhd., Paradigm REIT Management Sdn. Bhd., WCT Malls Sdn. Bhd., Segi Astana Sdn. Bhd., participating tenants, appointed agencies, vendors, and their immediate family members may be excluded from participating in the Campaign, at the Organiser's discretion.
14. The Organiser reserves the right to request proof of identity, proof of purchase, or any supporting documents necessary to verify a Member's eligibility before awarding any prize.
15. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have submitted false information, manipulated transactions, engaged in fraudulent activities, or otherwise breached these Terms and Conditions.
16. The Organiser's decision on all matters relating to the Campaign, including but not limited to participant eligibility, receipt validation, winner selection, prize entitlement, and dispute resolution, shall be final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence, appeal, or dispute will be entertained.
17. By participating in this Campaign, Members consent to the Organiser collecting, processing, and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the Campaign, prize fulfilment, winner announcement, and related promotional activities in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
18. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the Campaign and/or these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. Any such amendment shall be binding upon publication.
19. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity, or marketing materials relating to the Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
20. Participation in this Campaign constitutes the Member's full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
