Shoppers who spends RM200 and above in a maximum of three (3) combined same-day receipts at participating outlets in Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru using an OCBC VISA Credit or Debit Card issued in Singapore are entitled to redeem one (1) complimentary Sweet Reward and earn 3X WCT Buddy Points. To redeem, simply present the original receipt(s) together with the OCBC Singapore VISA Credit or Debit Card used for the transaction at the Concierge Counter, Upper Ground Floor.
 

1. The Tap for Sweet Rewards Campaign ("Campaign") will run from 15 August 2026 to 31 October 2026 ("Campaign Period").
2. Redemption must be made on the same-day as the qualifying purchase at the Concierge Counter, Upper Ground Floor, Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru, during mall operating hours throughout the Campaign Period.
3. Shoppers must present a maximum of three (3) combined same-day original receipts with a minimum cumulative spend of RM200 to redeem one (1) Sweet Reward corresponding to the applicable redemption period.
4. Qualifying purchases must be paid using an OCBC VISA Credit or Debit Card issued in Singapore.
5. The original OCBC VISA Credit or Debit Card used for the transaction, together with the corresponding card payment slip (where applicable), must be presented upon redemption for verification.
6. Only original receipts will be accepted. Duplicate, reprinted, photocopied, altered, or damaged receipts will not be accepted.
7. Receipts from ATMs, EV charging services, gold trading, money changers, insurance and bill payment counters, credit top-ups (via any platform) and temporary promotional booths will not be accepted for the purpose of this redemption.
8. Eligible shoppers will receive one (1) physical redemption voucher for the applicable Sweet Reward. The voucher is valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
9. Shoppers are required to collect the redemption item by presenting the physical voucher at the respective participating tenant outlet. The redemption item is valid for takeaway only and is not applicable for dine-in.

10. Each shopper is entitled to one (1) redemption per day throughout the Campaign Period, regardless of the total amount spent.
11. Redemption items are available while stocks last and will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. No reservations will be entertained. 
12. Redemption items are not exchangeable for cash, other products, or credit, whether in part or in full.
13. The 3X WCT Buddy Points promotion is open exclusively to WCT Buddy members. Shoppers who are not yet WCT Buddy members are encouraged to download the WCT Buddy App via http://onelink.to/wctbuddy2.0 and register for a membership to participate in the 3X WCT Buddy Points promotion.
14. Eligible shoppers who are WCT Buddy members will earn 3X WCT Buddy Points on qualifying purchases made during the Campaign Period, subject to the WCT Buddy Programme Terms and Conditions. Qualifying receipt(s) must be uploaded to the WCT Buddy App on the same day as the purchase to be eligible for the 3X WCT Buddy Points.
15. The awarding of 3X WCT Buddy Points is limited to a maximum cumulative qualifying sales value of RM300,000 uploaded for points earning throughout the Campaign Period. Once the maximum cap has been reached, no further bonus WCT Buddy Points will be awarded, although shoppers may continue to redeem the complimentary Sweet Reward while stocks last.
16. Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru tenants, their employees, promoters, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in or redeem under this Campaign.
17. The Management reserves the right to substitute any redemption item with another item of similar type and value without prior notice.
18. The Management reserves the right to reject any redemption that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or where fraudulent, suspicious, or invalid transactions are detected. 
19. By participating in this Campaign, shoppers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
20. The Management reserves the right to amend, vary, or terminate the Campaign and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the Management's decision shall be final and binding.
